Returns. We do not accept returns for food products, but we will issue credit or refunds for products that are damaged en route to their destination. To seek credit, please email us at with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Damaged product item description
  • Condition of damaged product upon arrival
  • Date and time package was received

We stand by our products. When you order from Bare Bones, we are confident you will love our products. If you are unhappy, we ask that you notify us within 60 days of the receipt of your order. For first-time orders only, we will issue a full refund for products you are unhappy with. In no event will any refund constitute an admission of any kind by Bare Bones. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
